Sheffield was charged with a number of credit card theft charges in Montgomery County after a similar string of thefts. In that case, 11 women who worked at nine different schools or childcare centers had their purses or wallets taken while at work.

      What about the Visitor Access Management system?

      What about the security cameras?

      Taxpayers have spent tens of millions of dollars to secure our public schools. What was the money spent on?

      And students at one school, Rock Terrace, had their money stolen too. "Stealing in Maryland Schools," as the headline says. How come this one guy is arrested? I hope his defense attorney is aware of the Rock Terrace thefts and can do a comparison in court.
